Let's Walk

Let's walk while our toes
still feel the squishy mud between them.
she lit a candle of love for me
and then she confessed it was just to cover up
the stink she left in the room
and I didn't get a chance to tell her
that the models feet are always dirty
because they walk on earth
to get to this moment.
and when I paint her,
her dirty feet make her
my desire for all of her.
Though I love the light through my morning windows
drifting through a dusty milky way
I don't long for the day
when my feet are washed with tears,
dryed with your hair,
when my clean feet ascend
into some silver lined cloud
no
give me your unwashed hand,
walk with me.

Help

yay
Smiles :-)
My unwashed hand has Christmas sparkles under the nails, eyeshadow mousse in a silver gray on the wrist, and the stench of garlic from the garlic chicken noodles I cooked this evening… still feel like taking that walk? ~grin~
I belong to the church of the woods Pearly, so you can fart in this church and it's not only acceptable, the trees love it! The scent of garlic sweat, in the middle of the night is the hand I hold. :-) Hugs ((()))
the glory of humanity, sweat and dirt and secretions and the clean pure love through it all
It's all pretty magical and we experience it simultaneously on multiple levels of being. Thank you Nicole!
I don't think I farted in church today… yours or mine! I climbed Spencer's Butte and the sun peeked out just for me! Somebody had scattered a loved one's ashes up there and left the little pine box behind with her name on it… I think it was her church too.
Hi Pearly, I went to my church Saturday, walked from Waddle beach to go see my lovers. One I affectionately call the Pollock tree. She is a live oak, leafless now missing the warmth and the light and the other I just call Laural, she always leans over the path to touch me when I pass by and of course I stop to talk.
I'm sort of in a world of my own church right now. They gave me an inhaler for my lung infection and I'm taking an Ambien to sleep because the steriods in the inhaler make me want to get up and dance around the living room!
I'm glad you have Pollock and Laural to chat with after church!
Hope you're feeling better Pearly. Maybe you should come south where it's a little warmer and dryer to get those lungs opened up again?
Or who cares about cold and rain if you have a pew like this!
Save a seat for me K? ;-)
